• A knowledgeable metadata practitioner who respects the value of strong local practice and adherence to national standards, is dedicated to the delivery of networked access to scholarship and collection resources, and who enjoys exploring with colleagues how to merge the two.   
• A problem solver who is able to get to the root of an issue and improve work processes and techniques.
• A colleague who is interested in contributing to a collaborative, cross-unit work culture.
