Description: Do you need feedback from stakeholders at your library? Are surveys not doing the job? Interviews are a more thorough and personal way to get actionable information, but they can be complicated and time-consuming. Learn all the steps needed to do successful interview-based research, including how to get IRB approval, choose interviewees, create questions, assemble recording and transcription tools, protect privacy, identify themes/codes, and reach conclusions you can do something with.
