We first went with W.T. Cox. In 2011. We were with Ebsco and when they started closing offices we got lost in the shuffle and could not get decent customer service
from them. In 2014 I let myself be lured back to Ebsco with a “deal I couldn’t refuse”. I should have refused because it was more of the same. They knew when I came back that I had left because of poor customer service so imagine my surprise when they gave
me a new person as my service rep. we lasted 3 years before I went back with W.T. Cox. Their customer service was exceptional the first time and it continues to be. I will not be lured away again.
On a positive note about Ebsco. On the database side I have never had a problem. My points of contact are Chris Zaremba and Dexter Evans and they have always
been very helpful.

My library uses EBSCO as well. We currently have around 230 print and online titles with them and haven’t had any real problems.

We use Ebsco and have always been very happy with their service. We are a small academic library.

Subject: [SERIALST] Serials vendor question
Hi, I work at a medium sized public library system and we are looking at different serials vendors./jobbers. My question is, what have other institution's experiences been with WT Cox over the past few years, if you use them as a serials
vendor? We are also looking at other vendors, including Revistas and Popular Subscriptions as well.
Thanks!
