We are a small academic library. We used EBSCO until a year ago when we switched to W.T. Cox. We stopped using EBSCO due to higher than we wanted to pay service
charges and poor customer service. Since switching to W.T. Cox, we have been very happy. When requiring customer service assistance, I usually get a response back within a few hours, and issues are taken care of quickly and efficiently. Also, we have much
more manageable service charges with W.T. Cox than we did with EBSCO.
Hope this helps!

We use Ebsco and have always been very happy with their service. We are a small academic library.

Subject: [SERIALST] Serials vendor question
Hi, I work at a medium sized public library system and we are looking at different serials vendors./jobbers. My question is, what have other institution's experiences been with WT Cox over the past few years, if you use them as a serials
vendor? We are also looking at other vendors, including Revistas and Popular Subscriptions as well.
Thanks!
