Hi all,

 

I’m looking for information on the legality of accepting donations of current journal issues from faculty/staff/community members.  I can find a number of policy examples, and I see that many libraries are careful about what they will accept, but I have been unable to find much about whether or not there are legal concerns about this.  If anyone could point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it.
