Ours works fine, but we use EBSCO.

Subject: [SERIALST] Problems Linking to Full Text of Footnoted Citations from UptoDate

Hi, everyone.

We subscribe to the UptoDate database from Wolters Kluwer.  Our access is working fine except our ability to link to full text through the footnotes in the text is not working at all.  When we try to link to full text articles from the footnotes, we get a message "Your connection is not secure" and a warning about linking to malicious sites and wrong configuration. Our systems manager has been working for weeks with Wolters Kluwer and OCLC trying to resolve it.  We are using the proxy information OCLC has provided.  Basically, Wolters Kluwer says it must be OCLC and visa versa. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If yes, have you been able to resolve it?

Sincerely,
