The note we have in our system is as follows:  "Last isssue sent to Libraries was June 2016. Title was sold and may be discontinued or made 100% web based.” We have the title listed as “suspended.”  From our end, that means to no longer submit orders to the publisher.

Their Twitter feed is still active, so you may wish to reach out that way.
