Does anyone use any of these platforms to harvest COUNTER statistics?

 

·         Innovative Sierra ERM module

·         RedLink Library Dashboard

·         LibInsight by Springshare

·         Any other tools?

 

If you do use any of these platforms, do you find it easy to set up and use? Does it help you in answering questions related to usage trends, return on investment and demonstrating the value of the library?

 

We are trying to automate the retrieval of usage statistics to facilitate on-demand analysis. My colleagues and I have previously tried Millennium ERM and other freely available tools, but could not get these to work. If anyone can share your experience, I will be most grateful.
