Hi Ken,
We went through something similar here (we are a small liberal arts college) two years ago. I initially set up everyone with accounts and passwords, emailed
the faculty several times and still only had a couple of faculty members accessing the articles. After several months I gave up mediating the content and opened it up to the entire campus. I decided it didn’t matter who was using the content; if a student
or faculty member needed it, they should have it. And, the funds weren’t doing anyone any good sitting unused with Elsevier. Happily, the funds were slowly used throughout the year, not the immediate drain I had expected. We invested in another package
last spring and are seeing the same thing this year, a measured use.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [SERIALST] Elsevier ArticleChoice
Hi Everyone,
I'm new to Elsevier ArticleChoice, and I have a few questions for anyone who's institution uses it. Our College provides access to ArticleChoice to two of our academic departments. Many are not using the service, and we'd like to change that!
How do you explain the options to your faculty? Do you have a quick start guide for them?
From what I can tell, in the Admin account I can manually add people with existing user account to the ArticleChoice account. Is this correct?
Thanks,
Ken
