Good afternoon!

 

I am trying to determine if the two journals below are in fact the same journal.  They both are Memoirs, start with v.1 (1959), and are annuals.

Would someone take a look and tell me what you think?  Are they in fact the same journal?  Or is it a coincidence that they are both titled Memoirs, are from Osaka, and start with v.1 in 1959?
