I am working on a column for Serials Review about Electronic Resources and Serials staffing and job descriptions.  I would be interested in speaking to a couple of people currently working in the field about how their job duties relate to their job descriptions.  

Specifically, I am interested in learning about how much Electronic Resources and Serials job descriptions relate to day to day job duties, how much experience was required for these positions, how much the NASIG Core Competencies relate to positions and duties, how much of the job duties are learned on the job versus in library school, are positions considered entry level, etc.
