The presenters will address these areas by sharing general communication strategies, some e-resources skills for your handy toolkit, and the important role subscription agents play in the e-resource workflow. One electronic resource librarian will share real life examples from her library to illustrate tips, tricks, successes and pain points in the e-resource life cycle, how to set realistic expectations and develop effective communication strategies to solve e-resource cases with less stress and more success!
