Hi Julie and all,

As we migrate journals to the new Oxford Academic platform, we are aware that some customers are receiving an error message when accessing journals on the new platform. We are working to resolve this with the highest priority and our Customer Services team are able immediately to put in place a temporary measure that will allow you to access your subscription content.

One of my colleagues has reached out to Julie directly to implement a fix. If anyone else receives an error message and are unable to access content on the Oxford Academic platform, please  contact our Journals Customer Services team who will address this as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience during this transition period!

Sincerely,

Tricia Hudson

Subject: [SERIALST] Oxford Journals

Hi,

Is anyone else having problems getting to journals on the new Oxford platform?  I am getting an error message through our link resolver (SFX) for all titles.  Through their site, the problem seems to be with titles A-Biostatistics, which are trying to redirect to the new site.  Those still pointing to oxforjournals.org are okay.  I submitted a report to Oxford.

Thanks

Julie
