The library I work for is getting ready to move from Aleph to Sierra/Innovative. However, at this time we have no idea how to prepare for our records to merge over. Or what guidelines/rules we should be looking at to best prepare for the records to move over. Has anyone else moved to this system? If so can you give me some guidelines to help prepare for the merger? Thank you in advance for all of your help.
