Overview
The
Missing Copy Bank is a free service provided to EBSCO customers to help locate back issues no longer available from the publisher. EBSCO maintains an inventory of 2,000 searchable titles. Use the
Missing Copy Bank page to display Missing Copy Bank titles with issues available in the
Missing Copy Bank inventory.
The Missing Copy Bank is a stock of library-donated issues. Help EBSCO maintain the Missing Copy Bank inventory by contributing duplicate issues and any issues of serials you no longer want to retain (no more
than 12 months old; click
here to view the list of acceptable titles).
Send issues using US Mail Library Postage Rate to the following address:

To be reimbursed for postage, include a cover letter stating
Please reimburse postage, as well as a reimbursement name and address in each box of magazines/journals. Postage is reimbursed quarterly, in January, April, July, and October.

Veronica, are you referring to EBSCO’s Missing Copy Bank? If so, you can call the Birmingham, AL office at the toll-free number and get the instructions that you need (800-633-4604).
There’s an FAQ for EBSCO’s Missing Copy Bank (see link below), but it doesn’t include how to SEND journal issues to them.
