Does anyone have a contact for TLS microform? We got a shipment that was damaged and full of dirt, and need to get replacements. We generally dispose of packing slips and packaging right away and it wasn’t until too late that we realized we should have looked at the info. And our paper invoices aren’t readily accessible.

 

In the order record, we have “Primary Source Microfilm” as the vendor. I believe this is a Gale subsidiary now, but I’m having trouble finding a direct contact for them. If anybody has an email or phone number I would be most grateful!
