EDP Sciences has today signed an agreement at the Beijing Book Fair with China National Publications Import & Export (Group) Corporation (CNPIEC) for distribution of their content to institutions throughout China. CNPIEC is the leading distributor of print publications, e-books and e-journals in China and they also organize the Beijing International Book Fair, the largest trade show in Asia. 

As part of their strategic plan, EDP is committed to engaging with Institutions and Researchers in China, this partnership underpins that, and will further increase their profile in this market.

EDP Sciences signs important agreement with CNPIEC at Beijing Book Fair

CNPIEC to distribute EDP content to institutions throughout China

Paris, France 25 August 2016. EDP Sciences has today signed an agreement in Beijing with China National Publications Import & Export (Group) Corporation (CNPIEC) for distribution of their content to institutions throughout China on their digital platform CNPeReading. CNPIEC is the leading distributor of print publications, e-books and e-journals in China and they also organize the Beijing International Book Fair, the largest trade show in Asia.

“We are honoured to sign this agreement with CNPIEC”, said Jean Marc Quilbé President of EDP Sciences, “this partnership underscores EDP’s commitment for building relationships and engaging with Chinese researchers, it will bring many new readers to our content and dramatically increase the profile of EDP in this important and growing market”.

EDP Sciences content will be included on CNPeReading platform from September, 2016.
