We had the same issue and reported it. From our understanding, anyone that is using Atypon will have that roundabout link resolver issue. We’re also having our linkout
option present even if the full text is in T & F! It’s very frustrating but supposedly “the norm” now as I’ve seen it on a few of our platforms”

So, I wasn't going to complain, but . . . when I just tried to locate an article in Journal of Electronic Librarianship (pub. Taylor & Francis), using our
link resolver, I got a blank page, then tried a second time and again, a blank page. Third time was a charm. I hope that kink gets worked out, whoever is at fault.
