There are quite a few college/university newspapers full text online. I’m sure I don’t have a complete list, but you’ll find many of these newspapers listed in my LibGuide for Historical U.S. Newspapers Online. The LibGuide is organized by state, so you’d need to look at each state. However, I’ve marked each college/university newspaper as “student newspapers” or just newspaper from XX university. In addition to university/college newspapers that are available as individual titles, many states have made a database of newspapers and some of these databases include college/university newspapers.
You’ll find my LibGuide at:

Good luck!

Subject: [SERIALST] College Newspaper Research
A colleague and I are working on a research project using college newspapers published between 1920-1940. We have our resources for Texas but we are wanting to look at other regions and/or states in the U.S. If anyone on the list has knowledge of digital collections that would include college newspaper, that information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much,
