Hi Dean,

We also use 360Link and EZproxy and I have not seen the error message you’ve seen when linking from PubMed to HighWire. I tried a couple of searches.

Sorry I can’t offer any solution to your error.

Is anyone else having trouble today with links from PubMed to HighWire Press journals? We are consistently getting an error message (server not found, etc.). We use 360Link and Ezproxy.

Thanks in advance.
