Hi Virginia,
I encountered this issue the other week. I’ve been told it’s a glitch with the Chrome browser and hopefully it will be fixed in the next update.
Under the Receive Issues tab, there is a drop down box for Received. Select ALL and hit search and it should appear. If the issue has already been added by someone else, it should tell you you’re adding a duplicate. Then again, the key word in all of this is should. J
You can always use a different web browser if you don’t want to deal with all of that.
Hope that helps!

Subject: [SERIALST] WMS check-in - new issues not showing ????
Hi, guys!
We just began checking in serials using WMS and I can’t get the issues I’ve added in MANAGE ISSUES to appear in the RECEIVE ISSUES tab. Am I doing something wrong? I even see the little green message: “Issue added successfully for all libraries.” (I’m also surprised the new issues aren’t already appearing on the tab—usually a bigger library has them added pretty quickly and I don’t have to add them at all!)
THANKS for any help you can provide!
