We use the CUFTS ERM (also open source). We note perpetual access dates as internal notes, as well as any moving walls. We add licensing information in the ERM records, which also includes auto-renewal reminders, etc.

Hi Terri,

I'd to also like to hear about CORAL and other ERMs people are using. I have some previous experience with CORAL, but I imagine some of the features may have changed since I used it.

Hi There,

Do you use an ERM to track perpetual access, licence details, etc. for your individual serial subscriptions and packages?  Which one do you use? How do you use it (what info do you keep)?  I’ve tried ERMes and I’m looking at CORAL.  I’d appreciate any information you can share.

Thanks!

Terri
