We switched to RapidILL over the summer but recently found out that our electronic holdings are not visible due to a problem with the license data that we provided. We worked to match the license data layout that RapidILL suggested during the implementation, but we're still struggling to generate exactly the layout desired by them. RapidILL has our Serials Solutions holdings, and our license data resides in the Serials Solutions KB.
