It seems to me that this response from EBSCO is still not correct.

This publication seems to have another problem lately (at least with v.300): When it is a double issue, instead of enumerating the issue v.300, no.25/26, for example, they leave off the 26 so that it’s just v.300, no.25, and the next issue is no.27. The chronology does match up to my theory of the enumeration of double issues.

Also, the volume always flips with July, so it seems to me like the correct enumeration would be:

v.301, no.1/2 (July 6/13, 2015)

v.301, no.3/4 (July 20/27, 2015)

v.301, no.5/6 (August 3/10, 2015)

And finally, with the correct enumeration printed inside:

v.301, no.7/8 (August 17,24, 2015).

Hopefully the next issues will also support this!

In regards to "The Nation", I contacted Ebsco, and this is what they replied to me.

Hi Danny,

There seems to have been a misprint on some of these issues. According to my records V.301 began June 15; by that information the August 17 issue should be No.7/8 as printed. Here are the correct volume and issue numbers for V.301 so far.

V.301 No.1 (2015 June 15)

V.301 No.2 (2015 June 22)

V.301 No.3 (2015 July 6)

V.301 No.4 (2015 July 20)

V.301 No.5/6 (2015 August 3)

V.301 No.7/8 (2015 August 17)

I know EBSCONET shows the wrong issue information and that is because we enter what is provided by the publisher on the label. I think the publisher just realized their printing error with the most current issue and corrected it. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. The issues should be printed and listed correctly from here forward, barring any further publisher error.

Thank you,

Katelyn Bush
