I am curious if anyone else is confused by the numeration of the latest issues of “The Nation”? I have had  problems with this publisher’s numeration before, but they have moved their game to a new level.

I have received, in succession:

A  July 20/27, 2015 issue, marked as volume 300, no. 29. ( I think that is correct)

The next I received was the August 3/10, 2015 issue, marked as volume 301, no. 31 (Ok, given benefit of doubt, a typo…)

Latest issue received was August 17/24, 2015 – marked as volume 301, numbers 7 & 8 (no clue about this one…)

Has anyone gotten any information about how they should be numbered?

Have I fallen into a parallel dimension in which all numeration is completely random, and this is now the way things are numbered?

Please help me understand…
