Fortunately we haven’t had to go through this painful exercise in a long time (since before I came to Wheaton, anyway). We do review lots of factors each year as part of our renewal processes for journals and databases, look at cost-per-use, etc. But we
haven’t been forced to cancel a percentage of those subscriptions.
