Hi, Paulette.  Do the publishers have your up to date ip addresses?  Even though you may give your ips to EBSCO, with some publishers, you must give it directly to them.  Do all of the urls on your library's website have a proxy string at the front?  Also, have you done all the registration processes for each publisher?  Also, if you are getting some kind of error message, it helps to make a screen shot of it and email it to the publisher to see if they can troubleshoot the problem.  Sometimes the standard url for accessing a resource is not the url that you need to be using, as you may need to use one that has some kind of code indicating your institution.

Sincerely,

Subject: [SERIALST] Ebsco AtoZ

We are having difficulty accessing our electronic journal subscriptions that are available only through the publisher sites.  This has been an issue since the day we began using Ebsco AtoZ.  Has anyone else had the same problems?  If so, were you able to resolve this issue.  We have made multiple calls for each incident to our Ebsco customer services rep, Ebsco’s technical services department, and the publisher only to be given the run around most times.
