Thank you for this information. We do use a proxy server. I will pass this information on to our Systems Manager, but I am pretty sure that he has already taken care of this.

Paulette,
Do you also use a proxy server to authenticate off campus users? That may be the problem. If you do use a proxy, you need to include information on all of those publisher sites in the proxy configuration file.
I think it is possible to request a file that can be incorporated in the config.

We are having difficulty accessing our electronic journal subscriptions that are available only through the publisher sites. This has been an issue since the day we began using Ebsco AtoZ. Has anyone else had the same problems? If so,
were you able to resolve this issue. We have made multiple calls for each incident to our Ebsco customer services rep, Ebsco’s technical services department, and the publisher only to be given the run around most times.
