Hi,
the problem we had with Wiley is that we're part of a consortium for the big journal package deal, but not for everything. So we have 2 accounts floating around. This affected our link resolver. You might want to ask Wiley if you have more than one account and if they've checked both.

We also encountered this problem with one Wiley journal. In addition to a large Wiley ejournal package we purchase through a consortium, we also purchase one individual journal in online format through a subscription vendor. The individual journal is not combined with the admin account and IP authentication governing the larger package. On Wiley’s end, they are separate accounts, and the individual journal had to be activated and setup separately.
I’m not sure if this is the same problem you’ve run into, but I’d recommend that you contact your subscription agent and/or cs-journals@wiley.com to activate the title.

You may want to check with Wiley to see if your IP address has been blocked. We’ve been notified a few times this year about foreign intruders from the Sci-Hub organization using compromised accounts from our institution to download content from Wiley, and our proxy IP was blocked until we resolved the issue.
Best,

Subject: [SERIALST] Wiley Journal Access Problems
We seem to be having problems getting electronic access to our journals from Wiley. It's been like this for a few weeks. We have quite a few journals [online only]. We subscribe to these journals through our subscription vendor.
Our subscription vendor confirmed Wiley has been paid. Wiley has our IP address. Yet, no access. First of all do any of you subscribe to the Wiley journals in electronic format only [not print + online]. Then how do you have access. Do you register with
Wiley? Do you have access right away.
Thank you kindly
