We are not currently EBSCO customers but when we were this did happen. There were a few different issues, in one scenario a title was selected in the admin site correctly but was not appearing on our Reader
Site. EBSCO was able to fix this and it didn’t happen very often. We also had a separate problem where EBSCO set some of our holdings to not display (setting can be seen in the Collection Editor: “do not display” check box selected and includes the text
“Set By EBSCO”). We were told it had to do with changing our order integration settings (between A to Z and the serials vendor side of things), but it was a very problematic issue that was never fully resolved/explained.

Subject: EBSCO A-Z Bugs?
Has anyone experienced issues with EBSCO A-Z not showing your online access correctly? Last year, we stopped subscribing to print and went online with the
publisher for quite a few journals. We select the journals on the admin side and everything looks ok. However, on the reader site, our link is not visible. EBSCO has been very good about fixing these issues for us as we report them (so it seems like something
on their end?). We were just curious if anyone else is having the same issues and if anyone knows why?
Thanks in advance,
Melissa DeVerger, MLIS
