A colleague is cataloging materials for the Minneapolis Institute of Arts (MIA), and she's currently working with the "MIA Bulletin" in its various title and record incarnations (OCLC #1757630, #13522298, etc.).  Since she has the serial in front of her, she's making great strides with updating the local bib records--but she's also hampered with making the same changes in the OCLC master records due to their PCC status.
