I’m surprised no one thought to mention Ulrich’s.

Subject: Re: [SERIALST] How to find out where a periodical is indexed?
Hi all,
Just a quick note re: CUFTS Journal Search tool. The Journal Search Tool is a representation of our CUFTS Knowledgebase/link
resolver data for full text serials.
It is not comprehensive and does not contain index or abstract only databases (eg, Web of Knowledge, SCOPUS, GeoRef, PsycInfo...etc...)...
CUFTS can tell you where full text is available - especially from an aggregator's database, such as EBSCO, Proquest, Gale...
We also have a freely accessible tool that will compare these resources...if they are in our knowledgebase, but we don't
necessarily have everything that's out there.
Sandra.

Hi Tansy,
Both ADAT (http://adat.crl.edu/) and CUFTS (http://cufts2.lib.sfu.ca/MaintTool/public/search)
provide this information free of charge.
Hope this helps,

Hello,
I have a “newbie” question…
I haven’t been working specifically with serials for long but I have always depended
on Ulrich’s to find out where a periodical is indexed. I no longer have access to Ulrich’s – where else can I get that information?
Many, many thanks,
Tansy
