The Serials Cataloging Cooperative Training Program (SCCTP) from the
Cooperative Online Serials Program (CONSER) has excellent materials
online.
Due to the shutdown, you can't get to them now but ordinarily
they're available on the LC site. Surprisingly, even Google won't
find the pages today -- wanted to paste the url in the message for
you.
