Alejandra,
Swets puts out a Serials Price Increase report every year. On this report we have information on Serials inflation year over year for the last 10 years. Our Serials Price Increase Report is a service for customers aimed at providing a more comprehensive survey of annual serial price increases for libraries like yours. While it may not be the exact information you are looking for at this time, I’m sure it will provide some reference points for any evaluation you are doing.
I will e-mail it to you privately. If anyone else on the list serve wants a copy of this historical data, please feel free to e-mail me.

Subject: Articles on inflation impact on budget
Hello all. I'm a new electronic resource librarian and have been looking at inflation impact on the materials budget. Does anyone have or know of a seminal article they can recommend? Thank you!
