I now see that somebody has indeed input a record for the new title: MIT technology review.  OCLC 816091558, with a 780 field for Technology review. This record has the same 130 uniform title Technology review (Cambridge, Mass. : 1998) which is on the other record (OCLC 39058693, which has pcc and nsdp in the 042 field.

So which solution is correct, title change or not a title change (the latter being favored on the pcc nsdp record)? If we go with the title change and use the new record, it isn’t proper to have the same uniform title on that record, is it?
