Hi Amanda
We have Voyager and we delete check-in records older than a few months or it will take quite a while to load the ‘history’ data, particularly for weeklies.
A similar problem we have is whether or not to delete item records when they are withdrawn. Is there a good reason to keep them for instance for statistics?
Barbara.

Hi, Amanda. I guess I would ask what do you mean by filled check-in cards? Do you still have the holdings? PSU is still on Classic Dynix, so we
don't have some of the bells and whistles of newer systems.

I was wondering what other libraries protocols are on old and filled checkin cards. Do you suppress the records? Delete them? Etc…
Thanks,
Amanda
