For some reason Proquest’s notification that the their products were down due to an unexpected outage did not show up until about 30 minutes before they got
the products back up again.

The ProQuest platform is working fine here at Colorado College. It was problematic a couple weeks ago.
Sometimes if a database is going wonky, you have to clear your browser cache (history), and possibly exit and restart your browser.
Also if you have a proxy server, try the unproxied link and see if that works. If it does, you may have to restart your proxy server (or restart a process on
the server – I don’t handle that, so I don’t know the gritty details.) I believe this was the problem with ProQuest a couple weeks ago. We have been experiencing this type of problem more frequently this past year, usually it’s with EBSCO.
