Thank you for the responses.  For some reason, the email from EBSCO was filtered by our spam service.  I am glad they have sent a notice to customers. 

 

Sarah, as a long-time A-to-Z customer, I have always been pleased with the search speed in the A-to-Z system.  I trust that you will see a big improvement once this problem is resolved.

YES!!!!  We have been having the same problem.  I mentioned it to a service rep a couple of weeks ago, but since it has not improved (I almost feel like it is getting worse), I sent an email to EbscoSupport about it this morning.  Haven’t heard back yet.

 

We just started using A-Z in August and for us it has always been this slow.  Have others had the service longer and if so, was there a time when it was better?  I sure hope so….

I’m curious to know if anyone else is experiencing slowness with their EBSCO A-to-Z service?  This is affecting both our reader and admin sites.  Sometimes it is so slow the search times out.  This has been going on for a few weeks now and I have already called customer service about it.  Just wondering how widespread the problem is.
