I have been experiencing this since the last upgrade.  I have also complained to support about the matter.  They sent out an email yesterday stating that resolution was high priority at EBSCO support.

Subject: [SERIALST] Slowness with EBSCO service

I’m curious to know if anyone else is experiencing slowness with their EBSCO A-to-Z service?  This is affecting both our reader and admin sites.  Sometimes it is so slow the search times out.  This has been going on for a few weeks now and I have already called customer service about it.  Just wondering how widespread the problem is.

Thanks,

Laura
