Does anyone have some insight into the cataloguing of this publication, most particularly why the standard cataloguing responded to the title change in 2010 by adding a pair of 246 fields? Is there a revised set of standards which would suggest to do this? Again, the phrase "Journal of" was amputated from the front of the title and a subtitle added. There is also a title for each issue with a formal title page. People used to produce analytic records for this sort of thing, no?
