I have been doing this for 20 years - I totally agree with Abbigail's comments.
We are getting - and will continue to get - fewer print journals each year as we go online only. So the number decreases but the tracking/claiming of them doesn't change. We are continually re-thinking our binding policy, however, as this continues to be a big expense and the usage - in certain cases - may be minimal. I agree - I still don't like to bind incomplete!
So we will see as the year progresses.
