Colleagues,

We are inventorying our physical JSTOR holdings and have discovered that we are lacking a printed copy of v. 40(1977); instead we have a cumulative CD for v. 40/55, which unfortunately cannot be opened. We would like to verify that a print version of v. 40 was also published and exists. Please feel free to respond privately, as I doubt this is of wide interest.
