I checked with our cataloger and our Electronic Resources Librarian.

This was their answer.

We have just one link - In Gale ebooks admin there’s a way to create federated searches. You have to keep adding the new volumes to it manually when they arrive. And you can browse each volume. If you click on BASIC SEARCH you get the screen that shows all the titles in the collection and there you can browse each individual volume. It’s not apparent cuz we default to the advanced search.
