Has anyone else heard of this or seen this?  Our ILL librarian called me today to ask what I knew about journal articles showing up in Amazon.

This was the first I’ve heard of it.  He did a Google search for a specific article that lead him to the Amazon site.  This particular example is from Journal of Academic Librarianship and is an Elsevier journal (you can purchase the article for $7.95).

A search of “journal of academic librarianship” returned 300 results (from older issues, I didn’t see results from current).  I do not know if articles from other journals are available.

Thought I would run past this group to see what others have heard.
