Our current serials vendor contract is up next year, and I am tasked with writing an RFP for a new vendor. The RFP used to select our current vendor is written in very general terms, and I’d like to update it to be much more specific. If you are willing to share your RFP with me, please reply to me off list.

I have followed previous suggestions on this listserv and do have the Westfall and Turner articles, as well as the 2008 Wilkinson book Writing RFPs for Acquisitions. All are very helpful.
