I ran across this information from Ebsco (copied below) and wondered if Serials Solutions offers anything similar? This looks like a very useful service, especially for special libraries (eg, Law)! If SS does not currently offer this, has there been any
discussion about establishing the service (especially given the competitive nature of the SS and Ebsco relationship)? I know there are some subject collections available in SS KnowledgeWorks but this sounds like something that is highly customized for each
individual client.
Also, if your library uses the service from Ebsco, would you please indicate whether you’re satisfied with it?
I just sent an email to the SS Support Center. If this sounds like something SS customers would like to see, it couldn’t hurt to let them know…
