On behalf of Swets I would like to respond to the posts about BackServ and BackMed. We are aware that the service is currently down and have attempted to reboot the servers several time.  We have now escalated the issue to our network administrator. We will hopefully have the servers back up and running in due course.

Hi All,

This may be off topic some but I know many of you also subscribe to Backserv and Backmed.

We have not received any messages this week from either and when we try to send offers they bounce back.

I also tried sending a message to the administrators using both of the following e-mail addresses:

backserv-owner@nalist1.swets.com

 

 

Those messages also bounced back.

Anyone else having problems?
