The Washington Research Library Consortium
is currently evaluating 360 Link as a potential replacement for its consortial
implementation of SFX, primarily because most of our libraries are now
utilizing 360 Resource Manager for e-resource management. As such,
we're especially interested to hear from folks at libraries who have switched
from SFX to 360 Link regarding their experience. If you have the
time to address any or all of the below questions, we would be happy to
hear your thoughts.
What areas of functionality does 360
Link have/improve upon compared to SFX?
What areas of functionality does 360
Link lack/not improve upon compared to SFX?
How would you compare the customer service
from Serials Solutions to that of Ex Libris?
Have you noted any marked differences
(for better or worse) in link resolution to specific target databases in
360 Link vs. SFX?
Best regards,
Bobby Reeves
