I would check on the Bentham site since they seem to publish a large number of open access journals. That could be what you found.

There could be copyright issues with any online journal.  If you want to use them, I would contact the publisher for a license agreement.  You could be sued.  I would be very careful when it comes to online journals and copyright issues.  Hope this helps.

I happened to come across some medical journals in the Google Books section.

There are a few medical journals by Bentham Publishing.

 

I know Google is going through a settlement currently regarding their books.

 

These scanned journals are all issues beginning with their first volume up through Dec 1999. (One title goes through 2000). There is no content after Dec 2000.

 

Does anyone know if there are any copyright issues with these scanned journals?
