We are investigating the possibility of subscribing to OCLC's eSerials Holdings Service. I was wondering if, those of you who have done so, would be willing to answer the following questions:

1. What OpenURL Link Resolver (if any), and ILS and ILL systems do you use?
2. How long have you subscribed to the eSerials Holdings Services?
3. What are the key advantages to subscribing?
4. What are some of the problems you have encountered with the service?
5. What was involved with implementation?
6. What is involved with the ongoing maintenance?
7. At what frequency do you update your holdings?
